CBT’s normal hours of operation are 0900 – 1730 UK local time Monday to Friday.  Outside these hours and during Public holidays, a reservation service is provided from offices in Cape Town and Seattle.  These offices have access to the CBT database and can handle all changes and re-routeing.  Detail of any changes will be sent to CBT for the next working day.  CBT will brief the host company of any changes.
