Searches on our computer reservation system for hotel availability will give access to a hotel’s own live inventory and will offer the cheapest rate available.

The standard or rack rate will not normally be the best value, neither will the corporate rate as many hotels discount their rates depending on occupancy and season. Special offers will be presented to our staff during the initial search, and these will be quoted at the time.

CBT will also book a pre-negotiated rate that may have been established by a company or one of its subsidiaries or clients

Where possible, CBT will help to negotiate a preferred rate where the number of room-nights would merit such a rate.
Hotel payment is normally settled on departure when queries can be addressed by the client and hotel staff directly.
